The short version
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, does no tracking, and loads nothing from third parties: fonts, images and scripts all come from objexlabs.com. The only things stored on your device are two small values in your browser's local storage, listed below: neither identifies you, and neither ever leaves your device.
What is stored, entry by entry
- objex_cookie_consent: written by the banner when you press "Ground & accept" or "Decline". It contains your choice (a yes/no for possible future analytics), the date of the choice, and the version of the banner text. It lasts about 6 months: then it expires and the banner asks again. Today the choice activates nothing either way, because no analytics runs on this site: we record it so that, if analytics is ever added, it can only start for those who said yes.
- objex-lang: written when you use the EN/IT switch. It contains only "en" or "it", so the site opens in your language on your next visit. It stays until you delete it.
LocalStorage, not cookies
Technically these values live in the browser's localStorage, not in HTTP cookies: they are never attached to network requests, so they cannot be used to follow you from one site to another. For storage like this, strictly serving functions you asked for, the ePrivacy rules would not even require consent. We show the banner anyway: on a site built around the idea that nothing watches you, we would rather tell you exactly what is stored than lean on an exemption.
How to change your mind or delete everything
From the site: the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer reopens the banner at any time, to change or withdraw your choice; the new answer overwrites the old one. From the browser: clearing site data for objexlabs.com (usually under privacy or history settings) removes both values; on your next visit the site simply behaves like a first visit: banner shown, language back to English. Nothing breaks.
Changes to this page
If the site's behaviour changes, this page changes with it and is published here with an updated date at the top. The rule is the same as the banner's: we only say what is true today.
