These terms govern the use of objexlabs.com: the product pages, the LUMA-6CH waiting list, and the links to our shop. They are written to be read, not just agreed to.

2. Scope and acceptance
By using the site you accept these terms. They cover browsing, the content, and the waiting list; purchases on the shop are additionally governed by the conditions of sale (section 6). If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
3. Content
The site presents our products and our company. We work to keep it accurate: where a product is still in development the pages say so, and pre-production figures are labelled as such. The content does not constitute a contractual offer unless expressly stated.
4. Use of the website
The site and its content are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or of the information it contains. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where the law does not allow it: for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, for personal injury, or for product defects under the applicable rules. The rights the law grants to consumers remain untouched.
5. LUMA-6CH waiting list
Joining the waiting list is not an order and creates no obligation to buy, for you or for us. Signing up does not guarantee availability, price, or delivery dates: pre-order conditions will be stated when pre-orders open. How we handle the data you submit with the form is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Conditions of sale
The general conditions of sale for purchases on the shop are being prepared with legal counsel and will be published in this section.
7. Intellectual property
The text, images, logos, and graphics on this site belong to OBJEX LABS or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rules. For use of the trademark and press materials, see the dedicated page.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with a consumer, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile; in every other case, the courts of Palermo have jurisdiction.
9. Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the new text is published on this page with an updated date at the top. Changes have no retroactive effect on what happened before publication.
