These trademarks represent the brand identity of Salvatore Raccardi and must be used properly. Use of any OBJEX trademark must be in accordance with accepted trademark guidelines and should always be accompanied by the appropriate generic term (e.g., OBJEX modules, OBJEX products, OBJEX systems). Trademarks are adjectives, not nouns or verbs, and should not be pluralized or used in possessive form.

OBJEX, the OBJEX logo, and the stylized “X” are trademarks of Salvatore Raccardi. All other product and company names may be trademarks of their respective owners.

The absence of a name, logo, or symbol from this list does not constitute a waiver of any intellectual property rights held by Salvatore Raccardi.
